01About the Game

The Game is a free-to-play browser experience created by Takila Design as a light-hearted, creative project. No purchase, payment, or download is required to play. Participation is entirely voluntary.

02Eligibility

• Anyone may play the Game for fun.
• To be eligible to win, a participant must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Employees of Takila Design and their immediate family members may play but are not eligible to win.
• We may ask the winner to verify their identity and age before announcing or awarding the win.

03Leaderboard & Winner

• The leaderboard standing at the official closing date and time, as recorded on our systems, is final.
• In the event of a tie for the top score, the participant who achieved that score first (earliest timestamp) will be declared the winner.
• Each person may hold only one entry on the leaderboard. Multiple accounts, names, or devices used by the same person may lead to disqualification.
• Takila Design reserves the right to verify any score before confirming a winner. If the top-ranked participant is disqualified or cannot be reached, the win may pass to the next eligible participant on the leaderboard.
• The winner will be contacted and/or announced through Takila Design's official Instagram page. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, we may select the next eligible player.
• Any prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless we decide otherwise.
• All decisions made by Takila Design regarding the leaderboard and the winner are final and binding.

04Instagram Follow Requirement

• The winner may be asked to share their Instagram username so we can confirm the follow.
• Instagram is a third-party platform owned by Meta. This Game is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta in any way.
• Following our page does not guarantee a win; the winner is determined solely by the leaderboard as described in Section 3.

05Fair Play

We want the competition to be fair for everyone. The following will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the leaderboard:

• Using cheats, bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any automated tools.
• Modifying, hacking, or tampering with the Game's code, network requests, or stored scores.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage instead of reporting them.
• Using offensive, abusive, or impersonating player names.
• Any other behaviour we reasonably consider unfair or against the spirit of the Game.

06AI-Generated Content

This Game was built with the help of Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic. Parts of the code, design, text, and other elements were generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and then reviewed by our team. Please keep the following in mind:

• Imperfections are possible. AI-assisted content may occasionally contain errors, unexpected behaviour, or inaccuracies. We have tested the Game, but we cannot guarantee it is completely bug-free.
• Not affiliated with Anthropic. The use of Claude does not mean that Anthropic sponsors, endorses, or is responsible for this Game or any competition associated with it. All responsibility for the Game rests with Takila Design.
• Entertainment only. Any facts, characters, references, or statements within the Game should not be relied on as accurate information or advice.
• Coincidental resemblance. Any resemblance of in-game characters, names, or scenarios to real persons, brands, or events is unintentional and purely coincidental.
• Report issues. If you spot anything incorrect, inappropriate, or broken, please let us know (see Section 14) and we will review and correct it promptly.

07Just for Fun — No Offence Intended

Humour and creative elements are meant to be light-hearted. If any part of the Game unintentionally offends you, we sincerely apologise and request you to reach out to us — we will review your concern with respect and make changes where appropriate.

08Intellectual Property

The Game's concept, visuals, branding, and overall presentation belong to Takila Design, except where third-party tools, libraries, or assets are used under their respective licences. You may play and share links to the Game, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reuse its assets or code for commercial purposes without our written permission.

By playing, you allow us to display your chosen player name and score publicly on the leaderboard and on our social media channels, including any winner announcement.

09Data & Privacy

• We collect only what is needed to run the Game and leaderboard, such as your player name, score, and the time of your score.
• Please do not use your full real name, phone number, or other sensitive personal information as your player name.
• Information shared by the winner (such as an Instagram username or contact details) will be used only to verify and communicate the win.
• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• The Game may use your browser's local storage to remember settings or progress on your device.

10Availability & Technical Issues

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for lost scores, server downtime, slow internet connections, browser incompatibility, or device issues that affect gameplay or leaderboard submissions. We may reset, correct, or remove leaderboard entries if a technical error affects scoring.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Takila Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game, its leaderboard, or any prize. You play the Game at your own discretion. Please take regular breaks and play responsibly.

12Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms, modify or pause the Game, change the competition period, or end the competition at any time, with or without notice. Continued play after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We may also remove any player from the Game or leaderboard for breaching these Terms.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
