Factory Tempered glass
From Real To Reel
Rhinotech reflects Takila Design’s commitment to understanding processes at their core and translating them into meaningful visual communication. Our team visited the Rhinotech factory to gain first-hand insight into every stage involved in the natural production of tempered glass. From raw material handling to the final strengthening process, we closely observed how precision, consistency, and quality come together to create a product that meets the highest industry standards.
Building on this experience, the team recreated the entire manufacturing journey through a detailed 3D video. This visual narrative was designed not just to showcase the process, but to help auditors and stakeholders clearly understand how tempered glass is made—step by step, with complete accuracy. Every phase in the video mirrors the real-life workflow, ensuring that the same synergy, vision, and technical integrity are maintained throughout.
The result is more than just a representation of a factory process—it is a transparent, educational tool that bridges the gap between production and understanding. Through Project Rhinotech, Takila Design demonstrates how immersive design and thoughtful storytelling can bring complex industrial processes to life, ensuring clarity, confidence, and alignment at every level.
